Terms of Sale and Use
Digital product delivery
The Adaptability Edit eBook is delivered as a downloadable PDF after a completed Stripe checkout. The success page and confirmation email include a secure download link. Current download links are valid for 30 days; save the PDF to your own device for ongoing personal use.
Download support
If the download link does not arrive, expires before you can use it, or fails because of a technical issue, email [email protected] from the purchase email address. We will use reasonable efforts to verify the purchase and restore access.
Refunds
Because the eBook is a digital product, completed purchases are generally final once download access has been issued. If you purchased by mistake, were charged incorrectly, cannot access the file after support, or believe there is another problem with your order, contact support within 14 days. Approved refunds revoke download access. Nothing in these terms limits rights you may have under applicable law.
Paperback purchases
Paperback purchases are completed on Amazon. Amazon handles payment, fulfillment, shipping, returns, refunds, and customer support for paperback orders according to Amazon's policies.
Personal use license
Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use the eBook for your own reflection and planning. Do not resell, redistribute, upload, share the PDF publicly, or use it as part of a paid workshop, course, or client service without written permission from Jess-I-Can.
